Olivia Yan is a Partner at Aokoo&Co LLP, where she advises complex client groups and closely held businesses. Her experience spans the real estate, manufacturing, biomedical, and staffing sectors, with a focus on partnership, C-corporation, and S-corporation structures.
Since entering public accounting in 2016, Olivia has taken on progressively broader responsibilities. As a Tax Partner, she serves as the primary advisor for many clients, leading engagements, coordinating internal teams, and overseeing both tax compliance and strategic planning initiatives.
Olivia is recognized for her approachable style and dedication to clear, proactive communication. She takes the time to understand her clients’ perspectives, thoughtfully manages expectations, and works to minimize surprises—particularly with respect to timelines, deliverables, and tax positions.
